CAN I PURCHASE FROM OVERSEAS?

Yes, we do ship overseas by TGI. For shipping to Singapore and Malaysia, you can directly checkout on our website. However our overseas order cannot be purchased from the website, you have to manually order the product via WhatsApp on 0821-2228-878

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can not cancel your order after payment.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I SUBMIT AN ORDER?

Unfortunately you can’t. You will need to place a new order if you want to purchase other items.

WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Maximum payment for an order is 1x24 hours after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

CAN I GET MY ORDER EARLIER THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Unfortunately you can't. Because we need time to check your payment, quality control and pack your order. Also it will take 2-3 days for domestic shipping and 5-10 days for international shipping.
